Shipping Details:

• Perishable products are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging.
• If your cart contains both perishable and shelf-stable items, your products will likely ship separately. This is advised if you wish to receive your ready-to-ship items faster, as the shelf-stable products with longer lead times may delay the shipment of the entire order.
• Products labeled with longer lead times will take 2-3 weeks to ship. We recommend placing two separate orders if your cart includes both ready-to-ship items and products with longer lead times, so your ready-to-ship items can be delivered as quickly as possible.

Returns Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or compromised in any way, please contact us immediately at support@gourmetfoodhouse.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.
