2.2. GOURMET FOOD HOUSE ships products marked as “Ready to Ship” within **2 business days. All other products will be shipped within 7-10 business days. Perishable items are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging with FreshTags to ensure appropriate temperature is maintained throughout the journey.

2.3. All information provided on the Website, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability, is intended for informational purposes only. We strive to ensure accuracy but cannot guarantee that all information is free of errors. Users are encouraged to contact us for clarification or additional details.

6.2. Orders for products marked as “Ready to Ship” will be processed within 2 business days (Monday through Friday). All other products will be processed within 7-10 business days. Perishable items are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging with FreshTags.

6.3. GOURMET FOOD HOUSE reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion. In the event of a cancellation, the user will be notified and refunded in full.

6.4. Once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email constitutes acceptance of your order by GOURMET FOOD HOUSE.

6.5. If a product is unavailable or delayed, GOURMET FOOD HOUSE will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a substitute, modification, or cancellation of your order.

7. Pricing

7.1. All prices displayed on the Website are in USD and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the product type.

7.2. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur. If an error is discovered after you place an order, we will contact you to confirm or cancel the order. If the order is canceled, a full refund will be issued.

8. Delivery and Shipping

8.1. Shipping times and methods:

  • Products marked as “Ready to Ship” will be shipped within 2 business days (Monday through Friday).
  • All other products will be shipped within 7-10 business days.
  • Perishable items are shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging with FreshTags to ensure temperature control.

8.2. GOURMET FOOD HOUSE is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

8.3. Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped. If a package is delayed or fails to arrive, please contact our support team at help@gourmetfoodhouse.com.

9. Returns and Refunds

9.1. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns and refunds are not regularly accepted. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at help@gourmetfoodhouse.com.

9.2. GOURMET FOOD HOUSE will review claims on a case-by-case basis. If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed promptly.

10. Liability

10.1. GOURMET FOOD HOUSE is not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Website, including but not limited to:
