We strive to ensure all orders are delivered fresh and on time.

• Shipping Times:
  • Ready-to-ship items: Shipped within 2 business days (M-F).
  • All other products: Shipped within 7-10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Calculated at checkout based on product type and destination.
• Perishable Goods: Shipped via overnight delivery in insulated packaging with a FreshTag to monitor temperature during transit.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control but will work to resolve issues to the best of our ability.
