Refund policy

Due to the nature of our product, a refund cannot be guaranteed as we cannot be sure how the caviar has been kept and we don’t resell a product to another customer once it has been returned.
We aim to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Therefore, if you receive a wrong or faulty product, or in case of any other problem resulting from our fault, please contact our customer service team through Contact or the Contact section for further details, so we can make suitable arrangements for an exchange, return or refund where possible.
An order change, cancellation (for a product or a Gift Card) and full refund can only be accepted if the confirmed order has NOT been dispatched, i.e. the order has not been completed.
