  • Deadline for Claims: Please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • What to Include: Provide details of the issue along with any supporting photos or documentation to help us resolve your problem efficiently.

We reserve the right to determine eligibility for returns or refunds based on the situation and product condition.

An order change, cancellation (for a product or a Gift Card) and full refund can only be accepted if the confirmed order has NOT been dispatched, i.e. the order has not been completed.
